About The Position

The candidate will support the PSG In-Store Customer Experience Marketing team across a range of activities to support the development and execution of all in-store marketing initiatives and the model store. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supporting and contributing to the development of in-store marketing initiatives. Oversee and maintain visual and product standards at the model store by executing planogram, price tag, sale tag and sign updates. Install prototype and existing store displays at the model store. Support with administrative functions including invoice and PO processing, proofing POP materials, writing field communications, and managing electronic files. Analyzing program measurements, generating reports, and making recommendations for strategic marketing decisions for the in-store experience. Assist in preparation for the annual National Sales Meeting Model Store. Organizing and coordinating assets and deliverables for various time-contingent promotions and programs. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.

Requirements

  • Current Sophomore or Junior, expected graduation date of May 2026 or beyond
  • Availability to work in a long-term co-op (9-12 months)
  • Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week (3+ days) while in school
  • Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs. and be standing for longer periods of time
  • Transportation and flexibility in non-traditional office environment
  • Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum High School education or equivalent
  • Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Retail Merchandising or equivalent

  • Strong interest in building a career in store management or customer focused marketing
  • Demonstrated leadership by involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
  • Familiarity with retail environments, with in-store experience
