About The Position

The Store Experience Guide at YETI is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and representing the YETI brand in a retail environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the outdoors and enjoy engaging with customers to help them find the right products for their adventures. The role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma and/or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer-centric environment
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand for entire work shift
• Must be at least 18 years of age
