The Stores Executive Internship is a paid 40 hr/week, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for store leadership roles at Target. Interns will gain a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role (Assistant Store Manager) while working closely with other managers and team members. The internship focuses on leading a retail team, understanding store operations, and delivering exceptional guest service. Interns will learn to drive guest experience, manage team performance, and execute business strategies while receiving ongoing developmental support.
