The Stores Executive Leadership Internship at Target is a paid 40 hr/week, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for store leadership roles. Interns will gain a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role (Assistant Store Manager) while working closely with other managers and team members. The internship focuses on understanding how Target’s retail business operates and what it takes to excel in a management role.
