The Stores Executive Leadership Internship is a paid 40 hr/week, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for store leadership roles at Target. Interns will gain a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role (Assistant Store Manager) while working closely with other managers and team members. The internship focuses on understanding how Target’s retail business operates and what it takes to excel in a management role. Interns will spend time leading among the team, identifying and working towards store priorities, and delivering exceptional guest service. The program emphasizes leadership development, guest engagement, and operational performance, providing interns with the skills and experience necessary for a successful career in retail management.
