As a team member at Michaels, you will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping our store, and help them find what they’re looking for. You will ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Your responsibilities will include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises, and helping customers shop and locate products while providing them with solutions. You will also engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, complete enrollments, and educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Additionally, you will assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
