The Store Environment Team Member is responsible for maintaining a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver the company's Brand Promises. This role involves providing friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping, and performing various cleaning tasks such as trash disposal, floor mopping, and deep cleaning of key areas like bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways. The team member must keep cleaning equipment orderly, notify supervisors of supply needs, and take initiative to clean areas as needed. Additionally, the role may include duties such as providing fast checkout, handling cash, engaging customers in loyalty programs, assisting with Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store), participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, and supporting shrink and safety programs. All tasks must be performed in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines, maintaining positive interactions with team members and customers, and projecting a positive image.
