About The Position

The position involves maintaining a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, which includes maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the Brand Promises. The role requires delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop the store, and finding what they’re looking for. Responsibilities include collecting and disposing of trash, dusting and damp mopping floors, moving equipment and products for proper cleaning, and deep cleaning key areas of the store such as bathrooms and breakrooms. The employee must keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly, notify the supervisor of supply needs, and seek out areas requiring cleaning. Additional tasks may include providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, engaging customers on benefits of the Rewards program, assisting with Omni channel processes, participating in truck unloading and stocking, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies is essential.

Requirements

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves.
