As a Store Environment Team Member at Michaels, you will maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, which includes maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for. Your responsibilities will include collecting and disposing of trash, dusting and damp mopping floors, moving equipment and products for proper cleaning, and deep cleaning key areas of the store. You will also keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly and notify your supervisor of supply needs in advance for replenishment. This role requires you to seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks assigned by your supervisor, all while maintaining positive and respectful interactions with both team members and customers.
