About The Position

Requirements

• Preferred retail and/or cleaning experience.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in shopping.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors according to specifications.
• Move equipment and products for proper cleaning.
• Deep clean key areas including bathrooms and breakrooms.
• Keep cleaning equipment neat and notify supervisor of supply needs.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Engage customers on benefits of rewards program and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
