The position involves maintaining a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, which includes maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. The role requires delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop the store, and finding what they’re looking for. Responsibilities include collecting and disposing of trash, dusting and damp mopping floors, moving equipment and products for proper cleaning, and deep cleaning key areas of the store. The employee must keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly, notify the supervisor of supply needs, and seek out areas requiring cleaning. The position also involves completing tasks assigned by the supervisor in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines. Positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers are essential, as well as projecting a positive image and serving as a role model for other team members. Additional duties may include providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, engaging customers on the benefits of the Rewards program, assisting with Omni channel processes, participating in truck unloading and stocking, and supporting shrink and safety programs.
