About The Position

The position involves maintaining a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, which includes ensuring cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the Brand Promises. The role requires delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping, and helping them find what they are looking for. Responsibilities include collecting and disposing of trash, dusting and damp mopping floors, moving equipment and products for proper cleaning, and deep cleaning key areas of the store such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways. The employee must keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly, notify the supervisor of supply needs, and seek out areas requiring cleaning. All tasks must be completed in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines, while maintaining positive interactions with team members and customers. Other duties may include providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, engaging customers on the benefits of the Rewards program, assisting with Omni channel processes, participating in truck unloading and stocking, and supporting shrink and safety programs.

Requirements

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves
