The Store Driver position at Advance Auto Parts involves picking, staging, and safely delivering parts to professional customers, as well as handling returns and cores. Key responsibilities include distributing weekly/monthly sales flyers, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and collecting credit accounts daily. Drivers are expected to build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing insights to the CPP, and assisting in upselling and cross-selling products. The role also requires maintaining store cleanliness, managing general stocking (including truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts), and staying knowledgeable about product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales. Drivers will engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
