The Store Driver position at Advance Auto Parts involves safely delivering parts to professional customers, picking up returns and cores, and distributing sales flyers. Drivers are also responsible for the daily collection of credit accounts and building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing insights learned during deliveries. The role includes assisting with upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value. In-store duties encompass maintaining cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot), general stocking (truck stocking, back stock, cycle counts), and staying knowledgeable about product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales. Drivers will also engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
