About The Position

The Store Driver is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the delivery of parts to commercial customers. This role involves delivering parts, assisting with inventory processes, and maintaining store cleanliness. The position can be part-time or full-time and requires fleet safety certification.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Fleet safety certification required
• Automotive parts experience preferred
• Basic driving and navigation ability
• Ability to use delivery board system
• Friendly communication skills
• Ability to locate and stock parts
• Safety knowledge and skills
• Ability to operate inventory systems and store equipment
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Ability to work various days, evenings, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyer
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
