About The Position

Are you a self-motivated leader with a knack for organization and a passion for the retail environment? Doyles Sheehan in Coeur D'Alene, ID is looking for a dynamic Store Development Manager to lead our beverage and food service initiatives! In this role, you will be the driving force behind our store resets, equipment maintenance, and inventory management, ensuring our brand is represented with the highest professional standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Background: Experience in the grocery or c-store field is preferred.
  • Education: High school education or GED.
  • Skills: Leadership and management skills; must be independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Technical Savvy: Computer experience in data entry, Windows (Excel, Word), and the internet.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours and regular lifting of 50+ pounds.
  • Driving: Must have a clean driving record and provide proof of insurability.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with minor electrical and/or plumbing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Mentor: Provide coaching and mentorship to your team, fostering their professional development.
  • Master the Floor: Manage inventory processes, perform store resets, and move products from the stock room to the sales floor.
  • Technical Expertise: Install and maintain coffee, tea, and food service equipment, including preventive maintenance and refurbished stock management.
  • Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with store personnel to influence display and shelf allocation decisions.
  • Operational Oversight: Conduct store visits, manage audits, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary to ensure policy adherence.
