About The Position

As a Store Design Lead at Starbucks, you will be responsible for implementing portfolio strategy and organizing projects, including project intake and pre-schematic design. You will independently create store designs and manage work from concept to detailed design stages, producing and presenting high-quality presentations to effectively share design intent with leaders, peers, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will set goals for the hybrid work team, provide coaching and feedback to external partners, and inspire other designers through collaboration in weekly studio workshops. This role requires a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks' guiding principles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience designing new or existing stores.
  • 8+ years project management experience.
  • Project leadership in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstration of influence beyond a single project amongst your studio, cross-functional team, or external support.

Responsibilities
