About The Position

NAPA is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver automotive parts across the metropolitan area. This role involves safely delivering parts and supplies to NAPA customers, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries, and building strong customer relationships through friendly and professional service. Drivers will also be responsible for picking up parts from vendors, maintaining accurate stockroom inventory, and following all safety guidelines and traffic laws while operating company vehicles. Routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks, maintaining detailed delivery logs, and tracking shipments using company systems are also part of the role. Additionally, drivers will support store operations by maintaining facility standards, assisting with customer service, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy working independently and face-to-face with customers, take pride in safe driving and excellent customer service, and are seeking flexible work schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. Requirements

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach (up to 8 feet), and stand or walk for extended periods
Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately
Strong communication skills: clear speaking and attentive listening
Comfortable navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries
Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service during each delivery
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory
Follow all safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles
Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks (e.g., tire pressure, vehicle cleanliness)
Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, delivering customer service including order dispatch, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
