Requirements

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder.
• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
• Ability to handle cash and charge transactions accurately.
• Experience in maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries.
• Skills in inspecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and buildings.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Delivering parts to customers while developing relationships.
• Picking up parts from vendors and maintaining stock room inventory.
• Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
• Building long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintaining the delivery truck according to safety checklists and performing basic maintenance.
