About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Counter Sales & Sales Administrator. This hybrid role combines front-line customer service with behind-the-scenes sales support for our outside sales team. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences while also helping drive commercial sales success through organization, coordination, and administrative support. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn systems, catalogs, and store procedures quickly
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on customer service and sales growth

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive parts knowledge and/or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist retail and commercial customers, providing solutions for parts, tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Process sales transactions, returns, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  • Mix automotive paint and assist with non-application parts and equipment inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and support order placement for in-store pickup and delivery
  • Promote current sales, suggest add-on items, and recommend upgrades when appropriate
  • Maintain store appearance, safety, and operational standards
  • Support the outside sales team with order entry, quote follow-ups, and customer account maintenance
  • Coordinate commercial orders and help ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Assist with tracking sales activity, managing customer information, and preparing basic reports
  • Serve as a key communication link between the store, customers, and outside sales representatives
  • Help identify opportunities to grow commercial accounts through strong follow-through and service
