As a Store Concepts Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Starbucks by designing innovative store formats and concepts that enhance our brand and business. Collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team of experts, you will drive large-scale innovation and contribute to the creation of groundbreaking store experiences. As a Design Lead on the Global Concepts team, you will design and influence Starbucks' physical and visual brand expression and creative strategy. You will define the 'Coffeehouse Experience' through visuals, physical mockups, and full concept store experiences. Your role will involve developing cross-functional knowledge, synthesizing, strategizing, and collaborating to deliver financially responsible and scalable design innovations. You will oversee end-to-end store concept design from conceptualization to implementation and manage medium to long-term store experience strategy, addressing emergent business needs through brand-related store solutions. You will work on a motivated, design-focused team and drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
