About The Position

As a Retail Store Associate, you will float between various departments, contributing to a successful shopping experience. You will actively approach customers requiring additional help, identify their needs, and advise them on the best solutions for their homes. Your responsibilities will include keeping your area clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked, ensuring that IKEA's basic merchandising standards are in place at all times. You will convey passion about IKEA products, actively learn about their features and benefits, and share this knowledge with customers to help them make informed choices. Additionally, you will build furniture as needed, receive inbound goods, ensure inventory accuracy, process sales transactions, and provide customers with a smooth returns and exchange experience.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
• Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
