ELS is hiring for the position of Store Clerk in Elmendorf, Texas. What you’ll do: The Store Clerk sells merchandise, maintains the store and works with park staff to ensure that guests are provided with exceptional customer service. Your job will include: Greet guests and answer questions about merchandise. Being apart of providing good people their Happy Place. Joining a team that loves the outdoors and the peace that it provides. Handle customer questions, requests and complaints in a professional manner. learn about fishing and the uniqueness of our lakes and share that with our guests. Giving our guests a great experience.

Requirements

High school diploma, or the equivalent.
A good work ethic and genuine enjoyment of engaging people with positive energy and have a warm welcoming demeanor.
A glad to see you frame of mind and an appreciation for the opportunity to better another person's experience and manifest that experience from a guest into a long-term friend at the lake.
A Love of people and you are reliable.
You show up with an A game.
We are hardworking and have fun creating a beautiful happy place for families or the fellas to have fun fishing.
One to three years of experience in retail role.
willing to go above and beyond is your normal
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
ability to stay focused while multitasking with multiple people

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the RV business preferred.

Responsibilities

Accept payments and operate the cash register.
Stock shelves and perform a detailed inventory count.
Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including sweeping, dusting and removing trash.
