This position is responsible for: The Store Clerk function may include a regular shift as part of the daily workload. Assists store customers in donating, selecting, and purchasing store items; operates and maintains a cash register; responds to customers questions; maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the store displays; ensures the security of store items and the cash register. The Sorting Room function entails receiving, sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items for display in the store; determines suitability and pricing of items based on established standards; assists in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
