The position is for a leadership role at Circle K, located at 415 N Stapley Dr, Mesa, Arizona.   • Directly supervise the activities of 2 or more full-time employees.
  • Recruit, hire, and train positive, enthusiastic employees.
  • Develop, manage, and assign tasks to ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept.
  • Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisors.
  • Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service.
  • Implement non-discriminatory management skills in hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
  • Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Train employees on customer service, store image, and safety procedures.
  • Evaluate and develop action plans to address store needs.
  • Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize profits.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees.
  • Ability to use a computer for reports and inventory control.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Open availability.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions.
  • Food Server certificate (e.g., ServSafe) and Food Safety Management certification.
