About The Position

The Jewelry Store Assistant Manager at Hannoush Jewelers is responsible for supporting the management of the sales staff and ensuring exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Past Jewelry Sales Experience (Management experience preferred)

• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Superior interpersonal skills and positive leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service initiatives.
• Communicate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
• Keep track of promotions and advertisements.
• Manage inventory including daily count sheets and monthly inventory, reconciling cash with sales receipts, and keeping store transaction records.
• Order merchandise when applicable.
• Comply with store's security, sales, and record-keeping practices/procedures.
• Arrange and organize displays on a daily basis.
• Clean and maintain the store weekly.
