About The Position

The Store Associate at Salon Service Group is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment. This part-time role involves working closely with the Store Manager and other team members to drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience

• Familiarity with POS systems and ability to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Ensure exemplary service in a friendly environment where customers are top priority.
• Perform day-to-day operations of a retail store including inventory management, cash management, and general retail store upkeep.
• Communicate consistently with area Distributor Sales Consultants to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Contribute to sales growth by participating regularly in product knowledge classes and other training opportunities.
• Maintain a high standard of store appearance including merchandising, product placement, marketing, and cleanliness.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and balance cash drawer daily.
• Properly process returns and discounts, aligning with the company's stated policy and procedures.
• Stay current with market trends, make product recommendations, and drive sales.
