Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly, professional, helpful, courteous manner.
• Address customer concerns/complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
• Accept donations and complete paperwork as instructed.
• Operate cash register.
• Strive to promote and maintain a clean, neat, and organized store for customer appeal.
• Assist with selecting, displaying, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Ensure the store is highly promotional, well-displayed, well-filled, and easy to shop.
• Adhere to and assist management with all loss prevention, security, and safety standards.
• Perform store opening and/or closing when called upon by Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
