About The Position
The Store Associate will provide excellent guest service, be able to multi-task, and have previous cash-handling skills. Must operate a cash register, adding machine, calculator, telephone, and credit card machine. The Store Associate will be able to stand for an 8-hour shift, lift up to 20lbs frequently, carry and move items between 10-50lbs occasionally, climb a ladder, and build displays in the store.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in cash handling skills.
- Capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
Nice To Haves
- Previous store clerk experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Professionally assist customers.
- Handle transactions/purchases appropriately.
- Responsible for closing the register.
- Maintains inventory control through rotation of expiration on products.
- Required to replenish shelves and refrigeration units.
