Requirements

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service.
Answer phone with proper etiquette and message handling.
Process sales transactions accurately (cash, check, credit cards, etc.).
Stay informed about product details, promotions, and advertisements.
Adapt to changing business demands.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Efficiently manage inventory and replenish stock.
Assemble merchandise and maintain displays.
Perform water testing for pool and spa customers.
Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries.
Organize the warehouse and maintain orderliness.
Ensure order accuracy and attention to detail.
Operate warehouse equipment (stock pickers, pallet jacks).
