About The Position

The Store Associate position is essential to the success of Sherwin-Williams retail stores. Individuals in this role work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend appropriate solutions. They are also responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction, staying up-to-date with product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Store associates are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
