The Salvation Army is seeking a part-time, hourly Store Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales requirements for their thrift stores. This role involves a variety of tasks under the supervision of the Store Manager and/or Supervisor. Key duties include receiving donations, sorting, hanging clothes, pricing, stocking the sales floor, arranging merchandise displays, operating the cash register, accurately handling money, processing credit cards, and assisting customers with purchased merchandise. The position requires strong communication skills with staff, volunteers, and customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company policies regarding uniform, cell phone, breaks, and smoking.
