About The Position

Batteries Plus is seeking to hire a full time Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician to provide top-notch customer service while making sales and repairing our customers' devices. YOUR LIFE AS A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE / DEVICE REPAIR TECHNICIAN You arrive for each shift excited to meet new people and sell products, services, and solutions. Any clerk can sell a pack of AA batteries, but you are a trusted advisor that can recommend the right battery for the application whether it's a cell phone, truck, or recreational vehicle. You also answer inbound phone calls and happily answer customer questions. You love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily to ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued. You get to use your mechanical skills to repair our customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. Your experience has given you the confidence to assist our customers with their technology troubles. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in their success.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Dependable transportation
