Store Associate - Delivery Associate Who You Are: As a Delivery Associate, you are a key part of our team, ensuring timely and secure product deliveries while providing an exceptional customer experience. You serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering top-notch service and educating guests about our products. When deliveries are not scheduled, you’ll assist guests on the sales floor, contributing to a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with experience using navigation and delivery software.
  • 25+ years of age (for insurance requirements).
  • 1+ years of experience in retail.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LeafLogix and OnFleet.
  • Previous experience working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform routine checks on company delivery vehicles, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Accurately document deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and compliance-related records in the designated system.
  • Utilize mapping software and navigation tools to optimize delivery routes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to foster customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in-store guests with product selection and purchases as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, including accurate patient dispensation record-keeping.
