About The Position

This role involves assisting the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly service to customers, and executing the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and demands a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership.

Requirements

Retail experience
Supervisor or management experience

Experience handling food
High School/College Degree(s)

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations
