With over 200 employees in 10 states and 30 store locations, we have grown into one of the largest independent professional distributors in the country. We are proud to have a diverse portfolio of 50+ brands that encompass best and brightest beauty brands. Additionally, we offer education, business consulting and other forms of support for today’s licensed beauty professional. What You’ll Do: Leadership and Culture: Continually drive and develop Salon Services culture by nurturing, supporting, and promoting the company mission, values, vision, and brand. Model effective coaching behaviors always, resulting in high performing Store. Supervision: Provides leadership in the day-to-day sales and operational processes of the Store location. Communication: Ensure proactive, collaborative, and timely communication with management, store team, and other stakeholders within the organization. Ensure daily social media presence for the store social pages. Performance: Conduct 15 minutes of learning on each shift. Continually cross-promote and up-sell products to increase the locations average dollar per sale. Provide a consistent high level of client service to all internal and external customers with a goal of 0 customer complaints. Complete and submit all required paperwork in accurate and timely manner. Perform as the primary ‘cashier’ for clients according to company policy and guidelines in a very efficient and friendly manner. Educating Customers: Organize and execute all functions related to social live events, sampling, education, acting as the project manager. Inventory: Adhere to all Inventory controls set forth by Salon Services and Supplies. Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure inventory is faced and properly restocked throughout the day, and receive shipments in accordance to store policy. Freight must be received within 24 hours of receipt, following all Salon Services receiving guidelines. Store Operations: Maintain a clean and presentable store. Display promotions and signage appropriately. Manage communication, this includes but is not limited to voicemails and Emails. Engaging with customers to make them feel welcome and comfortable in the store. Assist in outbound customer relationships by conducting outbound calls, social media posts, sending or emailing thank you notes, and inviting customers to events and education. All other assigned tasks, as set forth by the Store Manager.
