About The Position

The Store Asset Protection Agent will reduce shrink by detecting, deterring, apprehending, and prosecuting shoplifters. It's an exciting time to join Lowes Foods! Requirements

• Must be able to handle highly stressful situations.
• Should possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Should exhibit good analytical skills, and be self-motivated.
• Should be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Detects, deters, apprehends, and prosecutes shoplifters.
• Secures and maintains proper chain of custody of evidence.
• Documents cases in written reports.
• Testifies in court proceedings.
• Operates in a manner that minimizes civil liability.
• Makes schedule according to specific store needs.
• Addresses loss prevention issues in stores in order to prevent and/or resolve potential problems.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
