About The Position

River Valley is seeking a Store Administrator & Business Operations Coordinator to strengthen operations across Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Administration at our Lake Minnetonka location. This is a high-impact role where you’ll keep operations running smoothly, assist our slip holders and marina guests, support customer-facing teams, and ensure all administrative processes are accurate and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Store Administrator for Lake Minnetonka locations
  • Ensure titles, licensing, and deal paperwork are accurate and completed on time
  • Support Finance with documentation, deal flow, and compliance
  • Review deal jackets and assist with backlog projects
  • Assist with slip rentals, contracts, and renewals
  • Serve as a point of contact for slip holders, ensuring a positive marina experience
  • Be present and helpful for marina operations and events
  • Support customer communication regarding slips, seasonal needs, and facility use
  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors professionally
  • Help customers with apparel and merchandise purchases
  • Maintain clean, organized, professional showroom, retail, and marina areas
  • Assist Parts & Accessories team with displays and merchandising
  • Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently
  • Support Marine Service team during peak periods
  • Complete assigned operational and departmental projects
  • Assist with customer satisfaction follow-ups, retention initiatives, and long-term business development
  • Assist with inventory tasks and reporting
  • Track data accurately through spreadsheets and reporting tools
