The manager is responsible for strategic planning, organizing store files, managing reports, and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and priced. Financial duties include analyzing sales and expenses, budgeting, forecasting P&L, managing merchandise margins, safeguarding funds, and reporting discrepancies to the District Manager.
