Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Storage Operations Engineer to join our global Infrastructure Storage Engineering team. In this role, you will design, operate, and optimize enterprise‑scale storage environments supporting mission‑critical financial systems. You will manage end‑to-end storage operations—ensuring performance, capacity, availability, and resilience across multi‑vendor platforms and data centers.   • Administer and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure across Dell EMC PowerMax, PowerStore, PowerScale (Isilon), and ECS platforms.
  • Manage SAN/NAS environments, including provisioning, zoning, LUN allocation, data migration, and lifecycle refresh activities.
  • Configure and support Cisco and Brocade Fibre Channel switches, ensuring resilient connectivity, performance, and zoning consistency.
  • Monitor storage performance, capacity utilization, and system health; trends and produce operational metrics.
  • Execute configuration changes, patching, and regular maintenance to maintain a secure and stable storage environment.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams for escalations, technical troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Support incident management and change control processes, maintaining proper documentation and adherence to SLAs.
  • Contribute to disaster‑recovery testing and backup/recovery initiatives across global data centers.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience administering and supporting large enterprise storage environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SAN/NAS technologies and enterprise-grade storage infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly while meeting service-level commitments.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including weekend rotational on-call support.
  • Experience with additional Dell EMC Technologies such as XtremIO, Unity, VPLEX, or Data Domain
  • Familiarity with SAN replication and snapshot technologies (SRDF, RecoverPoint, etc.).
  • Exposure to cloud‑integrated storage, software‑defined storage, or container storage solutions.
  • Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell Python, or Ansible.
  • Prior experience supporting storage operations in FinTech or other high‑availability industries.
