Job Overview: The Storage Engineer is responsible for the configuration, management, and security of SAN/NAS systems, backup solutions, and the overall data storage infrastructure supporting the DLIFLC Academic Network. This position ensures the health, availability, and performance of storage systems and backup operations for both on-premises and cloud-based environments. The Storage Engineer will plan, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage all storage-related servers and applications, and will design, implement, and oversee the organization’s data storage systems to support mission-critical operations. This position will serve in the data center support group.
