Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Certifications: NetApp NCIE or Dell EMC Storage Engineer; ITIL v4.
Experience: 7–10 years in storage engineering.
Clearance: Public Trust.

Nice To Haves

Department of Transportation experience.

Responsibilities

Manages storage architecture, backup, and data replication ensuring compliance with retention and DR policies.
Administer SAN/NAS environments (NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage).
Ensure backups, snapshots, and replication integrity.
Maintain storage capacity plans and performance metrics.
Support continuity of operations (COOP) and DR testing.
