About The Position
9th Way Insignia is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team supporting the Department of Transportation’s Enterprise IT Shared Services program. The team supports the Office of the Chief Information Officer in developing and implementing an enterprise IT infrastructure and common operating environment across DOT. The Senior IT Support Specialist aligns with the Level 3 Senior Consultant professional level. A Senior Consultant completes tasks and projects of moderate scope and complexity. A Senior Consultant exercises the best judgement and problem-solving skills within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action to execute assignments. Senior Consultant will also provide guidance and/or lead on tasks/projects.
