About The Position
The position involves advising and directing customers to the correct size storage unit, conveying the features and benefits of the storage facility, and executing all documents associated with leasing. The role also includes maintaining office files, ordering office supplies, preparing competition reports, and being responsible for the maintenance of the storage facility. Additionally, the employee will use company phone techniques on every call, keep the property and office clean and organized, perform collection calls as necessary, and undertake other duties as assigned.
