As an Stockroom Supervisor you are accountable in supporting the day to day running of the store operations, balancing your time between the stockroom and shop floor.

Requirements

2 or more years warehouse / stock inventory experience in the retail industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage a large team and good time management skills
Strong organizational skills with an attention to details
An interest in inventory management and processes
Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends

Responsibilities

Monitor and support the organization of the store's stockroom and shop floor replenishment process
Manage and improve delivery procedures
Motivate, encourage, and inspire your team
Support in the analysis of data to improve KPI's and minimize stock loss
Ensure a high level of customer service
