Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in stockroom/warehouse
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and cycle counting
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Must be able to work in teams
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
Visual acuity to read labels, part numbers, and documentation

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with FAA regulations preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise all stockroom activities such as receiving, storing, and issuing parts materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
Lead, train, and evaluate stockroom personnel to ensure good performance and adherence to standard procedures
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts materials availability
Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
