About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast-paced Production Stockroom team. This management position involves hiring, motivating, training, and directing individuals in various entry-level roles within the warehouse stockroom of uniform garments. The supervisor will manage order accuracy, application of emblems, garment repairs, and overall material cost percentages, while also performing physical stockroom functions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift required.
• 1-3 years of production supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience using a sewing machine in an industrial environment preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production Stockroom team.
• Hire, motivate, train, and direct entry-level employees.
• Manage the accuracy of orders placed and filled.
• Oversee the application and stripping of emblems on garments.
• Handle repairs of garments and manage material costs percentages.
• Perform physical requirements of stockroom functions, including standing, twisting, stretching, bending, and lifting.
