About The Position

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service and consistent execution of store operations. You will efficiently process freight, replenishment, and omni channel operations. This includes receiving and processing product, unloading truck shipments, executing stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment, and replenishing the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes. You will also engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance, execute product protection standards, and participate in training new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources as directed by store leadership.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
No retail experience required
Must be 16 years of age or older
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to perform the accountabilities listed in the “What You’ll Do” Section
Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs
Ability to comply with dress code requirements
Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation
Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements as set by the company
Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including without limitation, stockroom operations, truck unloading, etc.

Responsibilities
