Overall Purpose: The Stockroom Clerk shall issue and receive stockroom parts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Fill shippers and job travelers Deliver parts to proper departments Hand count and/or operate weighing scale to ensure proper quantities of parts are pulled Perform daily cycle counts Receive incoming product, check for accuracy and stock shelves and carousel Conduct data entry and maintenance of SPI and WIP (shortage reports) Clean work areas Follow both verbal and written instructions Adhere to 5S Standards Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies for attendance and punctuality and standards for safety Other Duties: Other duties based on the needs of Stockroom Department The preceding functions have been provided as examples of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
