About The Position

At Anton Paar, precision and reliability start long before an instrument reaches a customer. We are seeking a detail-driven Stockroom Clerk who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and supporting a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring materials flow efficiently, inventory remains accurate, and our production and sales teams have what they need to succeed.

Requirements

• Must have either a high school diploma or GED
• One year of experience in inventory or shipping/receiving
• Familiar with safety procedures and warehouse equipment
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Must have an excellent work ethic, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work with temperature fluctuations and occasional dust

Nice To Haves

• SAP knowledge is a plus but not obligatory
• Occasionally will be using pallet jacks and simple hand tools

Responsibilities

• Processing inventory paperwork
• Performing cycle counts and keeping inventory parts in order
• Performing all of the following actions - picking, pulling, staging, delivering, stocking, and counting of items
• Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the stockroom
• Following company policies, procedures and safety regulations
• Maintain the Kanban inventory levels
• All other duties as assigned
• Handling and fulfilling all sales and/or production work orders
• Moving or transport materials from one department to another, manually or using material handling equipment
• Enforcing and maintaining the FIFO (first-in-first-out) material protocol
• Maintaining a 5S clean, organized and safe area
